Ingredients
- 50ml Cape Town Black Rhino Gin
 - 15ml Ginger Cordial
 - 20ml Spicy Apple Syrup
 - 100ml Soda Water
 - Sprig of Thyme
 - Ice
 
Preparation
Combine the gin, ginger cordial and apple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a glass, add ice and top up with soda. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
