Ingredients
- 50ml Cape Town Classic Dry Gin
- Pineapple wedge
- 1 Red Bird’s Eye Chilli
- Sanpellegrino Citrus Tonica
- Ice
Preparation
In a tall glass, combine the Gin and top up with ice. Pour over the Tonica and garnish with a slice of pineapple and a Red Bird’s Eye chilli.
