Ingredients
- 50ml Cape Town Black Rhino Gin
- 20ml Lime Cordial
- 5ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 100ml Ginger Ale
- Pinch of Salt
- Lime Wedge
- Ice
Preparation
Combine the gin, lime cordial, lime juice and salt in a tumbler glass. Stir to release the flavours. Add ice and top up with ginger ale. Garnish with a lime wedge (or dried grapefruit).
