Ingredients
- 50ml Cape Town Classic Dry Gin
- 1 Strawberry (sliced)
- Sprig of Thyme
- 100ml Sanpellegrino Tonica
- 100ml Sanpellegrino Melograno & Arancia
- Ice
Preparation
In a big wine glass, combine the Gin and strawberries, and muddle to release the colour and flavour of the strawberries. Top up with ice and pour over the Tonica and Melongrano & Arancia and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
