Ingredients
- 50 ml Cape Town The Pink Lady Gin
- 10 ml Berry Syrup
- Sanpellegrino Pompelmo
- 3 Raspberries
- Sprig of Mint
- Ice
Preparation
Combine the gin, raspberries, berry syrup and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and top up with the Pompelmo. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
