Ingredients
- 50ml Black Rhino Gin
- 10ml Lemon Grass Syrup (or Simple Syrup)
- Sanpellegrino Oakwood Tonica
- 1 Basil leaf
- Sprig of Lemon Grass
- Pinch of Salt
Preparation
Combine the gin and lemon grass syrup over ice into a stemless wine glass. Pour over the Oakwood tonica. Garnish with a sprig of lemon grass and a basil leaf.
