Ingredients
- 25 ml Cape Town Gin - Classic Dry or The Pink Lady Gin
- 15 ml elderflower syrup (from Woolies)
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- Top with Royal Belmond Rosé Brut MCC

Preparation
Shake the Gin, elderflower syrup, and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a chilled flute or coupe glass. Top gently with Royal Belmond Rosé Brut MCC. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
