Ingredients
- 50ml Cape Town Classic Dry Gin
- 3 Blackberries
- 2 Sage Leaves
- Sprig Of Thyme
- 100ml Tonic Water

Preparation
Add the blackberries and sage leaves in a big stemless wine glass and muddle to release the flavours. Pour the Cape Town Classic Dry Gin and fill half the glass with ice.
Top up with Indian tonic water. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
