Ingredients
- 50ml Cape Town Pink Lady Gin
- 10ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 10ml Simple Syrup
- Brut Rosé MCC
- Lemon Rind
- Edible Flowers
- Ice
Preparation
Combine the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup in a shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a champagne flute (or martini glass) and slowly top-up with the MCC. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon rind and edible flowers.
