Ingredients
- 50 ml Cape Town Classic Dry Gin
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 10 ml Simple Syrup
- 2 Basil leaves
- Ice
Preparation
Muddle the basil leaves in the base of a shaker before adding the remaining ingredients and ice. Shake well for 15–20 seconds, then strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
